I had to share this new cookies recipe that I found via Pinterest a few weeks ago… it is AMAZING!

I decided I wanted to find a cookie recipe on Pinterest to try out and boy am I glad I chose this one! It’s actually a Better Homes & Gardens recipe for giant ginger cookies. I tried making a giant one, but I like to stretch the dough and get more cookies from one recipe… even if it means they’re smaller.;) I made the dough balls about an inch big and changed the baking time to 9 min.

There are so many things you can do with good statement necklaces! They enable you to create outfits out of plain solid pieces, and mix and match things that you would otherwise never pair!
Things to look for in a statement necklace:
1. Different colors in one necklace
2. Good beads (ie. not plastic)
3. Medium length (a good length that will go with lots of necklines)
4. Different styles (make sure all of your necklaces don’t look the same!)

In 2012 I had the pleasure of shooting my first wedding ever, my cousin’s wedding!!!

I got a finger diffuser and blow dryer last Christmas, and tried the pixicurl method of drying! It works great! The pixicurl method is a drying method that allows the curls to dry without the air from the hairdryer disturbing the curl pattern.
