Cheesy Spinach Egg Burrito

Ingredients For One Egg Burrito:

~1/2 tsp. Butter
2 Eggs
3 Leaves baby spinach
A sprinkle of each to taste:

Garlic powder
Crushed red pepper
Thyme powder
Dried rosemary

1 Soft tortilla (medium)
Small amount of sour cream

In a small pan heat the butter on low heat, or at temp you usually cook scrambled eggs. In a small mixing bowl scramble the eggs, chopped spinach and spices. Pour eggs in when the butter has browned. Cook for a few minutes, or until eggs are done and slightly browned. Smear sour cream on tortilla, and spoon eggs on top. Roll like so:
