Yay, I finally got some new fabric! So excited!!! I got these two jelly rolls at Walmart for $7.00 per roll, good deal! I’ve already started using some.:)
I pieced this little change purse together for Mommy’s Christmas gift to go in. I used a recycled zipper (from my chop bin) and some scraps from my first quilt.
My very first quilt is done! I’m so excited! My inspiration for the design was a bookshelf with books on it, it’s about 42″x53″. I did a little bit of embroidery on it and may add some more later. I definitely have lots of room to improve my quilting skills, but I am really happy with it!
I made this for Daddy’s birthday. He needed something to rest his arm on when sitting at his desk, so I decided to try making a mini quilt. This is my first quilting project, and I made many mistakes that I hopefully learned from!
