Cheesy Spinach Egg Burrito

Prepare for a lot of yum!

Usually when we do egg burritos we just have egg, a little bacon, and cheese. This time I changed it up a bit and really liked the result!

Depression Era Glassware

I love depression glass!

It’s just so vintage and pretty, and I love the history of it! The glassware was created right before the great depression and was often given away in products such as oatmeal as a free incentive to buy the product. I was reading the other day about how they would give out glass dishes at movie theaters when you purchased your tickets (just think of that!). Then when the movie ended there was always a loud crash of glass falling to the ground because everyone forgot the about the dishes in their laps!

Here are a few pieces that were once my grandmothers and are now in my hope chest:

Doctor Who Gift Wrap

When I made the Sonic Screwdriver Earrings for my friends birthday I knew I had to wrap them right…

TA-DAH!!!

Yep, I copied the Doctors’ styles! Mwahahaha!!! I have never seen the show before, but Google came to the rescue and helped my figure out what was special and unique to the two most popular doctors.

I gotta say how much I loved the way they turned out, pretty much exactly as I imagined them! Which is strange, that doesn’t usually happen!:D

Sonic Screwdriver Earrings

Before I show these to you, let me just start by saying no. I have not seen Doctor Who…

But I knew my friend was a fan, so I decided to make her some fan gear for her birthday. After searching around for a bit I came across some earrings that looked like this and decided to try making my own with the materials I had on hand…

And yes, I had to make a doctor hair bow for her too…

I loosely followed THIS tutorial for the bow, and like I said used what I had for the earrings. I think she really liked them!

Chocolate Yogurt Cookies

I think I found my new favorite cookie recipe!!!

These. Are. AMAZING!!! If you have ever had a Ghiardelli Chocolate Pazookie from BJ’s restaurant, just close your eyes and imagine gooey, chocolate richness for a moment… yeah, that’s what these taste like. I almost cried the first time I took a bite of one of these!

The ingredients are super simple, not even requiring an egg. And they were super quick and easy to make. I know this all sounds too good to be true, so go test it and see for yourself!

(Note: I used French Vanilla yogurt that I had on hand, and our home ground flour)
